1. Digital Products (E-books, Calculators, Templates, Courses, Downloads)

All digital product purchases are final and non-refundable.

Due to the nature of downloadable files, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you face any issue with downloading or accessing the files, please contact us, and we will ensure you receive your product properly.

2. Order Cancellations (Digital Products)

You may request cancellation only before downloading the product.

Once files are downloaded, cancellation is not possible.

3. Physical Products (If introduced later)

Refunds are issued only if:

The product arrives damaged

You received an incorrect item

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with photo/video proof.

4. Services (Consultation, Analysis, Workshops)

Service bookings are non-refundable once work has begun.

Users may cancel before the service starts, and a full refund will be issued.

5. Duplicate Payments

In case of accidental duplicate charges, a full refund will be processed after verifying the transaction.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds (applicable categories only) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
