Ecopoarametric - Shipping & Return Policy

1. Digital Products (E-books, Calculators, Templates, Courses)

Digital products are delivered instantly via email or displayed on the “Order Confirmation” page.

There is no physical shipping involved.

Users must ensure they provide a correct and active email address at checkout.

 

2. Physical Products (If introduced in the future)

Shipping Timeline

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Delivery time varies depending on location:

  • Tamil Nadu / South India: 3–5 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–9 business days
  • International shipping: 10–20 business days


Shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen factors (weather, courier delays, public holidays).


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

 

3. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp (if applicable).

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.

 

4. Return Policy for Physical Products

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Eligible Reasons
  • Item received is damaged
  • Item received is defective
  • Item received is incorrect / mismatch


Return Window

Return requests must be placed within 48 hours of delivery.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Subject: Return Request – Order ID


3. Attach:

  • Photos/videos of the damaged/incorrect item
  • Unboxing video (if available)
  • Invoice copy

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags.


5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads
  • E-books, templates, calculators, spreadsheets
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Gift cards

 

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges will be provided only for damaged or incorrect items.

Replacement shipping is free.

 

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is lost by the courier, a replacement or refund will be issued after courier investigation.

Delays caused by courier issues, natural disasters, or holidays are not eligible for compensation.
